Fresh Air LLC is building a 40,000 square foot luxury residence featuring 13 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, multiple living areas, four kitchens, a bowling alley, and a ballroom. The project scope includes land development, foundation work, framing, roofing, rough-ins, drywall installation, exterior and interior finishes, landscape design, and interior design. The project is currently in the finishes phase.

UChimes Atlanta Call Center (Former JC Penney Conversion)

GW Medical Faculty Associates – Obstetrics 5th Floor South Waiting Area

Fresh Air LLC renovated the 5th floor lobby and waiting area, performing demolition, framing, gypsum board installation, acoustical ceilings, electrical, millwork, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, fire alarm, and sprinkler system upgrades. The project concluded with complete interior painting.

GW Medical Faculty Associates – 2300 M Street Bathrooms & Stairwells
